Shipping and Delivery

Our standard shipping rates across New Zealand are:

For horizontal or vertical garden pocket products

  • $8.00 for 1-12 single items or 1-4 multi-buy items
  • $16.00 for 13-24 single items, or 5-8 multi-buy items
  • $24.00 for 25-36 single items or 9-12 multi-buy items.

For saddle garden products

  • $8.00 for 1-6 saddles.

Prices are exclusive of GST in New Zealand dollars.

Please enquire for shipping rates outside of New Zealand.

Standard shipping is two working days from receipt of payment. Rural deliveries may take longer. In the unlikely event we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, delivery will take longer than the standard times. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Delivery is to the physical address supplied at the time of placing the order. We cannot deliver to a PO Box number. If Hanging Gardens make a mistake in the delivery we will redeliver at our cost, if you make a mistake in the delivery address we will redeliver at your cost.

Our standard delivery is no signature required. Goods will be left at given address if the person is not available to receive them.

We bear the risk in the products until they are delivered by our appointed carrier. Risk in the products will pass at time of delivery.

To the extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind due to the order not being fulfilled or the delivery not occurring within our standard delivery times.

Deliveries can be tracked through “Track and Trace”. If you do not receive your delivery within a reasonable time please contact us and we will trace the delivery for you.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel your order up to the time that it is processed for dispatch. If you have paid for your order and wish to cancel it please contact us to arrange to cancel the order and for a full refund.

If you decide you do not want the products after dispatch you can arrange to return them un-opened in their original packaging for a refund of the purchase price less 10% administration fee. We cannot refund the delivery cost at this stage.

If we send the wrong product we will replace the product with the correct product at our cost. If the product is faulty please contact us to arrange repair or replacement.

The products are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Where products are purchased for business purposes or used in a business the CGA does not apply. You will ensure that the products are used for the purpose they were intended. Any use outside of this invalidates any warranty provision.

The material used in the manufacture of our products is guaranteed to perform its function in New Zealand conditions for a period of 15 years.

Terms of Trade

All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars and exclude goods and services tax as set out in the Goods and Services Act 1985 and are subject to change.

Standard deliveries are restricted to New Zealand. For international deliveries and enquires please contact us.

Title in all products purchased passes when payment is made in full and risk passes on delivery.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available to order at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or another third party for any delay or for the product to fail to perform by any event beyond our control such as flood, earthquake, neglect, pest or disease.

The terms are subject to the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

We reserve the rights to change any of the conditions without prior notification. By using our website you are bound by the terms applicable at that time.
