We only have 1 planet !

Some 30 years ago, the Club of Rome investigated how we are utilising the Earth’s resources and they identified a number of planetary boundaries that we should not exceed.

Regardless of the science, we have continued to ignore the impact of our behaviour  and are now starting to suffer the consequences. The consequences we are facing today are a result of what we did 25 years ago, so the next 25 years are going to be challenging to say the least.

We desperately need to limit CO2, the oceans are in dire need of our help, the flora and fauna are crying out for assistance, yet we carry on with business as usual.

So my wish for 2018 is that we wake up and together we do everything possible to fix the problems we have made.

Every little bit counts, so please, plant a tree, recycle what you can, do whatever you can to limit your footprint and be kind to the planet and all who inhabit it.
